Method:
Step-1:preparing stuffing
First of all we will take a pan and add oil in it. When the oil becomes hot then we will reduce the flame of the gas to medium. Now we will put carrot, chicken, corn, capsicum in it and saute it for 2 minutes. When all these things become a little soft then we will add soy sauce, salt, vinegar, black pepper in it and mix it well and cook it on slow flame for 1-2 minutes. In this way our filling will be ready.
Step-2: wrapping of rolls
- Add filling: Put a little filling in the center of the wrapper. Be careful not to add too much filling as too much stuffing can tear the roll easily.
- Roll: Now fold the sides of the wrapper inward and then roll it tightly from the bottom, and apply cornflour mixture on the edges so that the filling gets sealed. Repeat this process for all the spring rolls.
Step 3: Frying
- 1. Heat the oil: Add vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or wok and heat over medium-high heat. To check the oil, add a small piece of bread. If it sizzles, the oil is ready.
- 2. Fry the Spring Rolls: Slowly add the spring rolls to the hot oil (do not add too many at once). Fry for 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
step 4: Serve and enjoy!
Once all the spring rolls are fried, serve them hot with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or peanut dipping sauce. Spring rolls are best eaten fresh and crispy, so enjoy them quickly!
Pro Tips for Spring Rolls
- 1. Do not overstuff: When adding filling, do not overstuff. This makes the rolling process easier and the wrapper does not tear.
- 2. Seal the edges tightly: Seal the edges of the spring roll properly so that they do not open while frying.
- 3. Use fresh ingredients: Using fresh vegetables will give more flavor and better texture to your spring rolls.
- 4. Fry on medium heat: If the oil is too hot, the rolls burn quickly, so fry on medium heat.
