This snack originated in China. These rolls were first made during Lunar New Year celebrations, which were considered a symbol of “spring”.

  • Soya sauce-1tbsp

  • Spring roll sheet-5
  • Boiled corn -1/2cup
  • Capsicum finely chopped julienned -1/2cup
  • Boiled chicken shred-1/2cup
  • Carrot thinly sliced julienned -1/2cup
  • oil-1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder-1/2tsp
  • Soya sauce-1tbsp
  • Salt-1/2tsp
  • Vinegar-1tbsp
  • Spring roll sheet-5
  • Boiled corn -1/2cup

  • Corn flour-1tbsp
  • Water-for making thick batter
  • For frying
