Fennel Seed Water (Saunf Pani)
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 liter water
Instructions:
Lightly crush the fennel seeds using a mortar and pestle to release their essential oils.
Add the crushed seeds to the water.
Let it steep overnight in the refrigerator.
Strain the water before drinking.
Consume throughout the day to stay cool and hydrated.
Fennel Seed Lemonade

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon honey or to taste
1 glass cold water
Instructions:
Crush the fennel seeds lightly.
Boil the fennel seeds in a small amount of water for 2-3 minutes and let it cool.
In a glass, mix the fennel water, lemon juice, and honey.
Add cold water and stir well.
Serve chilled for a refreshing drink.
